For over 16 years, our founder, Dr. Fumin Li, has devoted himself to prominent Contract Research Organizations (CROs) - Covance and PPD. These experiences shaped his perspective and allowed him to witness the transformative potential of CROs toward drug development. The pandemic further underscored this, highlighting CRO teams' dedication to advancing life-saving therapies and vaccines. However, escalating demands continue to strain capacities leading to unprecedented staff turnover, extended service timelines, and risk suboptimal outcomes.
